It’s with a heavy heart, that I must write this….

I have been investigating the Paranormal and Unexplained since 1997. I was investigating before any ghost hunting was popular and on TV. It has been a long 16 years. That is more than half of my life. I have experienced many things in those years, most of which I still cannot explain. Over the last handful of years, my interest and desire to investigate have declined. Mainly due to these fly by night groups that are popping up all over. Also, these other so called “groups” who investigate the same locations over and over again, tell the public that these places are haunted when in fact they aren’t, treat this field as a competition instead of what its really meant for - educating and helping the public, and lastly, lost family time. I have spent many an evening away from my family and it hasn’t been fair to them.

2013 will bring a lot of new and exciting opportunities for me and my family. I have Paranormal events and Ghost Hunting events in the works. I have started a new side business to help create more opportunities for entertainment in our area. I have decided to go back to school this year. There will be so many things to keep us all busy this year.

With that said, its with a heavy heart, that I must write this….

……..I have decided to retire from investigating the Paranormal.

This decision was difficult at first, but an easy decision in the end. I have to spend more time with my family and focus on my other projects. I have met some great friends in this field over the years. I have also met some that I cannot wait to forget. I will continue to host yearly Paranormal events. Also, I will still continue to be a consultant to those that need help. I will be forwarding all new clients and cases to a group of good friends, that I completely trust to investigate thoroughly and respectively. I want to thank my wife and my family for being supportive over these last few years. Finally, I want to wish all of the “true” investigators out there, good luck. Good luck in continuing to do great things in this field and dealing with the fraudulent groups as well.

Chicago’s Miracle Child

Mary Alice Quinn at a young age was visited by a religious figure. From then on she decided to devote the rest of her young life to religion and Saint Theresa.

It became apparent that she had the power to heal and she used this power on sick people through out the south side of Chicago (reason for the name Miracle Child).She made it known that even after death she wanted to be able to continue to help people from beyond the grave.

She died tragically at the age of 14. But she was very determined to keep her promise as she appeared to people across the world immediately after her death in 1935 and throughout 1940’s.Soon people were visiting her grave site on a daily basis.

There have been documented cases of miracles occurring at the site of the grave. People are overwhelmed even in the dead of winter, with the smell of roses at her grave site.
